Cart & Shop delivers orders across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation. During sales, public holidays, or high-order periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated delivery time is:

• Major cities: 2–5 working days
• Remote areas: 5–7 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, road closures, security issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers must provide a complete delivery address and an active phone or WhatsApp number. Our team may contact the customer to confirm the order before dispatch.

Once the order is shipped, tracking details may be shared through SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

Cart & Shop is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, unavailable customers, or unanswered courier calls.
